How On-line Certificates Work

  • Simply fill out our form if you wish us to send it for you by mail.
  • Send a personal check for $85.00 (60 min.) $110.00 (90 min.) made payable to Freedom Massage, 14 Paoli Court, Paoli, PA 19301
  • Each certificate will be valid once funds are received and on file with recipient's name. Please send recipient's name with check. Each gift certificate will only be valid once funds are received and validation number issued. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number with check and we will send you confirmation of certificate validation number.
